The company received its third Class A Investment Certificate
The Deputy Minister of Innovation and Growth, Stefan Savov, presented a Class A Investment Certificate under the state’s Investment Promotion Act (IPA) to Zdravko Linkin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Interlink Group” JSC. The company is investing in the expansion of the “Technolink Park 2” logistics base in the Maritsa area, part of Trakia Economic Zone.

“An investment in the amount of EUR 3.7 million has already been realized at 100 percent”, informed Zdravko Linkin.
Mr. Savov and the Director of BAI spoke with the company’s Chairman about the progress of the construction of an asphalt road. Funds have been approved for the financing of public municipal infrastructure under the order of IPA in connection with the implementation of the certified investment project of “Interlink Group”. The road will be used by both local residents, neighboring businesses and Interlink.
“We are currently building a high-tech plant for aluminum profiles for window solutions and facades, we will also build new logistics parks. In 2022-2023, we will invest EUR 35 million in these sites with a total built-up area of 50,000 square meters,” added Zdravko Linkin. He shared that this is the third Class A Investment Certificate that “Interlink Group” receives for its various sites, and that these state incentive measures are crucial support to the businesses investing in Bulgaria.
“On Friday a team from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development asked us where TEZ’s success lies,” said Katya Staykova. “The answer is simple – we all work together – businesses, government and local municipalities, and that’s how we turned TEZ into the most successful Bulgarian model of public-private partnership. We are extremely grateful for our fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Innovation and Growth, the Ministry of Economy and Industry, BAI, and all the municipalities involved in TEZ”, added the Director of Cluster Trakia Economic Zone and emphasized the role of state and local authorities.
“We are proud that so many leading companies such as Interlink Group are part of TEZ” concluded Ms. Staykova.
