The mayor of Plovdiv eng. Ivan Totev was honored with a prize “Mayor of the Year” in the category “Successfully attracted investments.”
Plovdiv is a city with remarkable success in the field of culture and won the title “European Capital of Culture in 2019”. I expected distinction in the field of culture, added the mayor.
