Plovdiv will become a center of the IT industry and entrepreneurship. For the official visit to the city, leading names arrive from the Silicon Valley, historic site in California, where the first computer chip was created. From there, the careers of people like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg began. Their companies are growing rapidly and are attracting huge investments. Some of the experts, who will visit Plovdiv, have worked for them.
The event will be held at the House of culture “Boris Hristov”, large conference room, 2nd floor, 17:00 and will include lecturers, public discussions, questions and answers on the topics: investing, entrepreneurship, START-UP companies and education.

Dafina Toncheva is a partner in one of the largest investment funds called US Venture Partners. She graduated with an MBA degree at Stanford University. She will tell you her interesting biography and she will motivate many young people, when she reveals the recipe for success.
Vasil Terziev is a familiar name in the IT sector. Founder of Telerik. He will tell the story of one of the most successful Bulgarian technological businesses and will motivate many young entrepreneurs.
